Die 3D-Scans werden millimetergenau erfasst und anschlie\u00dfend in ein <strong>dreidimensionales Bild<\/strong> umgewandelt. Durch die dynamisch wechselbaren Blickwinkel stellt diese Inspektion eine gute Erg\u00e4nzung zu den statischen Bildern des optischen Digitalmikroskops dar. Die digitalisierten 3D-Modelle gew\u00e4hren zudem eine direkte Gegen\u00fcberstellung der unterschiedlichen Substrate und lassen so m\u00f6gliche <strong>Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede<\/strong>
