Die finalen Projektherausforderungen bestehen darin, die Kultivierungsstrategien f\u00fcr die Besiedlung von Moossporen und\/oder Moosfragmenten in der Vertikalen zu ermitteln. Aufbauend auf den erfolgreichen Kultivierungsmethoden der nat\u00fcrlichen Substrate, werden im letzten experimentellen Schritt die bereits ermittelten <strong>Kultivierungsmethoden<\/strong> auf die Funktionsmuster \u00fcbertragen. B. Nischen oder Treppenstrukturen) versehen und mit Moossporen und Moosfragmenten beimpft. In Tag-Nacht-Versuchskammern werden die beimpften Substrate vertikal unter festgelegten Belichtungsszenarien und Umgebungsbedingungen gelagert. Die Ermittlung des Besiedlungserfolgs wird \u2013 anlog der Experimente mit den nat\u00fcrlichen Substraten \u2013 <strong>gravimetrisch und optisch<\/strong> vorgenommen.
